Broker Manager – Puerto Banus

In this position you will have full responsibility for managing the sales staff (currently 14 and due to go to 32 within the next 6 months)
In addition you will be responsible for the recruitment of this department and you will interact with the training manager (due to be recruited)
You must have at least 5 years management experience within a sales environment preferably international investment or real estate as you will manage the team and targets and conduct performance reviews
This is a commission only role with an OTE in excess of 100,000 pa and will be based on overrides from the sales team
You will have full management control so this is not a 9-5 type of job and it will be a high pressured position
The shifts currently working are from 10am until 8.30pm 7 days a week
B2B and B2C experience would be an advantage
You must be fluent in English and as this is an office based role you do not need to have your own car
70% of the sales are over the telephone
